  1. This project is called the Meitar Regional School for Children with Special Needs. The project is a playground that is established around the children's physical needs. The school put this playground in because the children spend many hours in the school. They operate the project through the donations from an anonymous donor. It benefits the community by giving the children something to do and strengthens their development.

  4. As you get older you turn into an elderly person, you may not like it, but it's going to happen eventually. There is a organization sponsoring clubs for the elderly. This is how it works, generous people will volunteer there time to come dance and make fun interactive nights for these elder people at this club. Many of these elders still have moves and show a thing or two to the volunteers, which makes these volunteers want to come back all the time. This benefits the community by making sure everyone has fun in the community. Please listen to this and realize how important it is to have some young people come and listen to these elderly's and how happy it makes them feel

  6. Finding a New Home
Have you ever been in danger in your own home? Well, the kids in Kiriat Bialik. Many kids were suffering, so the Galilia foundation put those matters in their own hands. They made a clubhouse for the kids out of an old bomb shelter. HOT also helped operate this foundation. Thanks to these two foundations, more than 20 kids have a new, safe home.

  7. The Galila Foundation is taking part in the “Girls Giving Back to the Community” for the seventh consecutive year. In 2013, there were 39 young girls in the program. Since then they have grown even larger and continue to help girls in their community. These girls are from the settlements of the Regional Council of Maaleh Yosef. Each girl in this program chooses a different way to help their community; some of these include helping the elderly, clubhouses, tutoring, babysitting, helping single mothers, and running summer camps. This is helping the community and the girls that are the ones doing the work for the community. It is teaching these young women how to be selfless and give back to the community.-Aiden and Kanoa
