LEARNING FROM FAILURE!

Have you ever heard it said:

“If you’re not making mistakes, you’re not  trying hard enough!”
“The only way to learn is to fail.”
“Mistakes are the best teachers.”
“No risk, no gain.”

We all make bad decisions but the best thing we can do is learn from the outcomes and revise our plan to benefit from that knowledge.  Mistakes actually can help make us stronger and able to make smarter choices.  Determination is the key.  From Albert Einstein to Steve Jobs – they didn’t give up until they found success.

Think about a time you made a mistake, and learned something from it.  Then, be ready to talk about it in class.  Next, we will anticipate problems that COULD arise in your businesses.  Let’s brainstorm together—ways to avoid them!

Once, I was playing a game with my cousin, and I had chosen one that was too hard for her. She couldn't get it. So, I learned not to try that game again, and be careful about how I played with her.

  4. Once, I was buying drums for my band room. There was a $500 Ludwig w/cymbals, and there was a $400 Cb a bad brand w/ just hi-hats and crash cymbal. I wanted to save money, but then I had to buy a $100 ride cymbal. So now i have a bad brand of drums and I spent just as much.
